Completed in February 2026 by WIT Design & Research, this 18,000 m² pioneering medical-wellness complex sits in Sanya’s Haitang Bay, breaking down barriers between clinical treatment, rehabilitation and five-star resort hospitality with an unprecedented hybrid model.
Built around de-institutionalization, the design eliminates the anxious atmosphere of conventional hospitals, crafting a coastal retreat for recuperation that balances strict medical compliance with laid-back resort comfort. Strategic colour therapy guides visitors’ emotions: a vibrant yellow running track on the 3rd-floor cardio centre sparks vitality with sea-view vistas, while soothing grey-blue stone tones calm guests in the 5th-floor clinical zones, complemented by therapeutic sculptural art.
Guest rooms integrate hospital-grade materials and luxury hotel detailing, with custom fixtures and soft lighting removing all institutional undertones. The wellness cafeteria is reimagined as a fine-dining venue for scientific anti-glycemic cuisine. Outdoor woven bamboo pavilions serve as music therapy spaces with natural ventilation and optimized acoustics, alongside modular dental and youthful TCM suites.
Moving beyond the traditional medical industry’s “equipment + specialists + location” logic, the park prioritizes immersive emotional healing. Drawing on WIT’s cross-disciplinary expertise in hospitals and luxury hotels, the licensed Level-1 General Hospital complex meets full star resort standards, establishing a replicable benchmark for China’s high-end medical wellness sector.
